Sushi lunch

Homemade sushi with tuna, crab stick, egg and ham for lunch. YZ had rice with star-shaped nuggets and pan fried teriyaki fish fillet instead as he don't like the seaweed on the sushi. I improvise on the sweet n sour fish sauce yesterday and it's much better than my first attempt! Thanks to the recipe book I bought sometime ago >_<

Will try to cook if I can on weekends ... The 便当物语 book by Chef Eric looks interesting .. Might get one to add to my cook books collection.
